How much will a plumbing job cost?
We provide detailed quotes before we start any job – we diagnose the problem and let you know all of the services (and products) we will need for the job.
Canuck Plumbing’s Pricing Structure
For any call in Edmonton and area, we charge a flat $79 dispatch/diagnostic fee (or higher for outlying areas – depending on the area ). This includes a 65 point safety inspection. If the problem turns out to be non-plumbing related, you have at least gained an inspection. (Our competitors in the industry charge upwards of $150 just to show up.)
Our menu of services set standard job rates instead of paying on an hourly plus material markup basis. Current industry rates are now $105 to $130/hour. This approach removes the fear factor you may have associated with not knowing how long a job may take to get done on a time and material setup.
This also removes the subjectivity from the estimating process. The job rate for a particular plumbing problem is the same for all clients (unless you are a member of one of Canuck’s preferred pricing clubs)
Canuck staff is very well trained in the diagnostic and estimating process and our straightforward pricing structure means the price we quote you is the price you pay, regardless of time spent. If our technicians mis-diagnose the problem, Canuck eats any extra costs.
All of our services are offered at preferred pricing for Canuck’s maintenance club members.
